Certifications and Enclosures

The product is designed to be certified under CE and FCC rules. However, those certifications take time and are expensive. Also adding to our costs are injection moulding and die cast enclosures for the devices. To guarantee we can ship a product if our order numbers are just a touch above the break even point, where those costs would put the batch in the red, we ask you to accept the possibility of those two things not materialising. We will to move mountains to make it work, but we cannot fight windmills if the numbers are against us. In this case, we will provide solutions for the enclosures and you will be responsible for operating the RF radios in your regulation.

ITAR

I won't use this to build nuclear submarines, any kind of military technology whatsoever or use it in anything but civilian applications. I will not use, ship or resell the unit to any country in the ITAR's embargoed list or violate ITAR in any other way.
